Introduction
Shark is a water xyz deck piloted by zexal character Reginald "Shark" Kastle
, it was released in Ray of Aura and it's currently tier 2 on the tier list.
Core cards
Right Hand Shark (3x)
While you have no monsters on field, you can special summon this from GY. This card gives destruction protection from battle for the xyz monster that use it as xyz material. When you normal summon it you can add his twin from deck to hand, good for thining out the deck. One card combo starter with the skill so play it at 3 copies.
NOTE :
the protection effect is once per turn meaning if you xyz summon using second copy of the monster in the same turn the xyz won't gain protection effect.
Left Hand Shark (3x)
If you have his twin on field, you can special summon this from GY and it's level becomes 4. This card gives destruction protection from effects for the xyz monster that use it as xyz material. Sometimes you want to special summon this card from hand for lethal play or to survive. Play it at 3 copies for the same reason as his twin.
NOTES :
always prioritize detaching this monster when activating xyz effect to reborn him again.
the same thing as his twin the protection is once per turn.
