Armed Dragon Vortex

You can only use this Skill's second effect once per Duel. 1: You cannot Normal or Special Summon (excluding Special Summons from the Extra Deck) any monsters, except "Armed Dragon" monsters and WIND Dragon monsters. 2: Reveal 1 Level 7 WIND Dragon monster. Add 2 "Armed Dragon" monsters with different Levels from your Deck to your hand. Then, play 1 "Armed Dragon" from your hand in face-down Defense Position. (This is treated as a Special Summon by the effect of "Armed Dragon". Its battle position can be changed.)
