Notes & Combos
I LOVE MEKLORDS AND HOW THEY COMBINE TO MAKE ONE BIG MONSTER!!!
Joking aside, KOG was a bit harder to hit this season for Rush. Essentially, the main goal was to reach Chaos Femtron's effect ASAP, then go from there (saving Maximum pieces and building enough of a defense). Bespectacled Mani provides some solid damage while shuffling Maximum parts pack into the deck. Didn't get to use Widespread because it was a late addition, but I got a surprising amount of utility from Heavenly Gift.
Got lucky on my 5 game rank-up streak. Cydras and Dragons are pretty bad matchups, especially the latter. Also, Talismanic Seal Array also hurts.

As of right now, maybe not? The problem is opening either no high level monsters or your full Maximum. Normally, you'd be able to just stall by setting monsters until you get something playable, but thanks to Gaia, that's basically just asking to be OTK'd. Best part about Yggdrago is 4000 Maximum ATK, making it hard to beat over without Talismanic.
Arguably, Magnum Overlord is better because you can run monsters with higher defensive value + you can take advantage of the damage you take to swing it right back at your opponent.
