Deck still claps hard on ladder, barely anyone knows how to play against it lmao. Elder be eating up all the warning points, chalices and cross doms etc.

2 return and rampengu is there for a more explosive and more consistent turn 1 fusion play, the ladder is much faster now compared to 2-3 years ago. Double summon is also a good tech but I felt the deck lacked blowout power against mekks, so used 2 needle which was MVP

Don't care about infernoids, muskets struggle against winda, salads struggle if you can establish a fusion play early,

no respect for iblee lock, only got hit with it once and had a needle ceiling which blew my mekk knight opponent away, triple ulti-apelio comes up after rampengu combos, same with double hawk, and the second pettlephin is important for the galaxy eyes mu

Surprisingly never used sin, although I'd still keep it as it opens up lethal lines otherwise not possible

Deck can still brick hard, it's a frustrating climb as you lose to yourself around 20% of the time.

Since more recent decks like salads have very long turns, I see no reason why elder should still be limited, it's there because RB turns took long, but now many decks arguably take longer.
