3 reasons to play Tri-Brigade:
- Insane consistency. It is a modern deck so every game ends on same field. Once you get used to the deck it is more glue eating then Hero.
- Good grind game. Guaranteed follow up with Revolt. The 2 disruptions of Shuraig and Double Dragon are usable every turn after you set up Shuraig, Double Dragon, and Rugal.
- Flexibility. A deck that currently with no limited card and with a skill that has no restriction. There are many different ways to build Tri Brigade that you can find on Youtube.
- FLURRY 3 Tips on piloting the deck
- Be aware of the deck's biggest choke point known as early Kerass banishing 4 for Shuraig. Loses super hard to Veiler which is basically unrecoverable. Banishing 4 mid combo is fine but doing it early will deplete the gy resources. I prefer different way to combo which I will talk about later. This line when going 2nd with book or droplet is fine, but you need to be careful with it.
- Watch out link arrow and monster position. It is a link deck so they matter. Please set your monster placement to manual. Avoid putting non-link monster in the middle since both L2 point to that position.
- Make use of Double Dragon's quick effect. It can tribute other monster to dodge effect. Consider summon one early going 2nd if you can. The 3 Combo Lines for turn 1
- Fraktall + 1 Tri monster / Kerass + Kitt : Fraktall send Kitts send Nervall, add Tri (different from what you have). NS Tri (1), banish 2 for Ferrijit, use Ferrijit SS Tri (2), Ferrijit + Tri (1) into Bearbrumm draw 1 shuffle 1, Tri (2) banish 2 for Double Dragon, Bearbrumm + Tri (2) into Rugal, add Revolt shuffle 1. Skill recycle draw 1. For Kerass + Kitt, Kerass discards Kitt, Kitts send Nervall, add Tri (not Kerass), the rest is the same.
- Kerass + Nervall: Kerass discards Nervall SS, add Fraktall. Franktall send Kitts send Kerass. Option 1: Banish 4 for Shuraig. Kerass + Shuraig into Bearbrumm, Shuraig add Tri (not Kerass), NS Tri (2), banish 2 for Double Dragon. Tri (2) + Bearbrumm into Rugal, add Revolt shuffle 1. Skill recyle draw 1. Option 2: Banish 2 for Ferrijit. Kerass + Ferrijit into Bearbrumm. Draw 1 shuffle 1 for a Tri monster(not Kerass). If no, use skill draw 1. If still no, use Bearbrumm's effect to SS Tri (2) from banished (make sure keep 1 Tri in banished when using skill), banish 2 for Double Dragon. Tri (2) + Bearbrumm into Rugal, add Revolt shuffle 1.
- Rescue Cat: NS Cat, effect SS Kerass + Kitt, SS Ferrijit, Kitts send Nervall, add Tri (not Kerass), Ferrijit SS Tri (1), Tri (1) banish 4 for Shuraig, Shuraig+ Tri (1) into Bearbrumm, Shuraig add Kerass, Kerass discard to SS (if no tri type to discard, use Bearbrumm discarding Kerass + 1 card), Kerass banish 2 for Double Dragon, Ferrijit + Tri (2) + Bearbrumm into Rugal (or Ferrijit+ Tri (2) into Rugal, Rugal+ Bearbrumm into Shuraig), draw 1 shuffle 1 add Revolt shuffle 1. Skill recyle draw 1.
