Notes & Combos

Though not required to 3 copies, I added Odd-Eyes Dissolver in case an opponent managed to banish, destroy or negate the Dissolver that the skill provides, that way I could still fusion summon from the pendulum zone.

The goal is to summon Skullcrobat Joker special summon Nobledragon Magician, to synchro summon the Shooting Riser Dragon, perform the fusion summon of Vortex Dragon with Dissolver and Timegazer as materials set the Arc Pendulum Dragon and the Persona Dragon in both pendulum zones, and pendulum summon Timegazer Magician and another copy of the Persona Dragon (this is where either Sky Iris and/or the skill can help).

When summoning the Riser Dragon, send a copy of Skullcrobat to the graveyard if you'll manage to pendulum summon both the Timegazer and Persona Dragon so you can summon Trishula during the opponent's turn. You'll want to wait before you use this summon depending on the opponents plays, since you can negate the effects of a monster summoned from the extra deck with Persona Dragon.

The two backrow cards, Final Bringer of the End of Times and Powerskin Stone work perfectly with the deck, you can either use two of your effects (Persona Dragon, Riser Dragon or Vortex Dragon) to prevent the opponent of using monster effects with your trap or destroy a card of the opponent targetting your own Vortex Dragon, then by the effect of Arc Pendulum Dragon bring it back to the field to return a monster that's in attack position to the hand (or extra deck, your choice depending on the monster you target).
