Notes & Combos

so I do want to mention why I'm running the trishula, the dragon of icy imprisonment. The main reason is too clear your board if you get book of eclipse with 4 monster on the field, but another reason is there's a way to trigger it's effect super easy and it would banish any opponent extra deck monster. usually you want to go for this play if your facing lyrilusc, just banish their nightgal and it should be gg for them. it's a 2 or 3 card combo, depending on the hand. harmonizing or odd eyes tuner plus 2 level 4 monster or joker/donkey. you just place the tuners in pend scale and place the level 2 tuner in extra deck, then pend summon the tuner and 2 monster. make clear wing, use skill to get free odd eyes, go for starliege with the 2 level 4s, and that should trigger the effect to banish the nightgal from extra deck.

if you don't want to use starliege just for the this combo, you can always run performapal coin dragon to search with donkey or joker, but it will be slightly less consistent. then go for replace the starliege for void ogre to stop the book of eclipse and make it easier to trish on opponent turn.

the last thing I want to mention is when setting up shooting riser dragon, the main monster you want to send like 99% of the time is performapal uni. it has a nice graveyard effect where it basically acts like a kiteroid, it save me many times and can come in clutch. also it's a quick effect too, so you can even play around sky strikers a little bit
