Notes & Combos

This was by far THE HARSHEST meta to play this deck in. To start off the power creep on its own was bad but because the current best decks are all light attribute, the Lightning Shift skill is currently unplayable, so I decided to switch to another skill, and there wasnt a whole lot that had synergy with Voltcondor until I realised Blue-Fang Burst Dragon had great synergy with Voltcondor.

The idea of this deck is to reduce the attack of monsters so that their 1500 or below so that you can just destroy the whole field with Blue-Fangs effect. you have various cards like Shield and Sword, Talismanic, Nail Hedgepeg (which I will mention again soon), and Lightning Voltcondor itself. As for the other monsters I went with Transam Linac for its high attack, Essel for its effect to get a free body and mill for Talismanics effect, Kuribot and Beast Summoner for tribute fodder, and faith bird because it's 1500 and it let's me play into the Hero matchup.

As for the skill I went with Downgrade infection making it during the turn you tribute summon Blue-Fang, to decrease all monsters attack that are 2000 or higher, by 500. this would mean that all monsters with exactly 2000 attack with be suseptible to Blue-Fangs effect... At least it would be if we didn't also have Nail Hedgepeg. Because Hedgepeg allows us to decrease a monsters attack by 500, it means that any monster with 2100-2500 attack will not be safe from this combo.

So yeah that's the deck. I had to get alot of luck with my matchups because of how much power creep there is with the new decks, but hopefully we get Voltcondor support soon so I'm not getting OTK'd by ashurastar every metarion game.
