Turn 1 PK featuring fragile armor and r4nk abyss dweller and evilswarm nightmare. as long as you survive turn 1 (or turn 3) then PK has enough summoning power and boss monsters to annhilate just about everything. Turn 2 PK combos are highly flexible against disruption. Weaknesses are decks that can negate xyz summon (champion's vigilance, borrel), decks that attack directly (lyrilusc, suship), and decks that remove resource from graveyard (time thief). so this deck focuses on turn 1 combo that makes these matchups playable.
R4nk combo is 1 cloak/scales + any PK monster:
-search stained greaves to summon scales
-discard fodder (preferably boots to get PK trap as more fodder, gloves is better to mill boots and thin the deck) to mill fragile armor
-banish fragile armor, normal summon the PK monster
-leviair, summon fragile armor and greaves from hand as level 4
-abyss dweller for unchained, sky striker, zombies
-evilswarm nightmare for everything else
Note: if their skill doesn't restrict them in archetype then they will always have nibiru, just make requiem with the short combo, set backrow and pray
