Some tips to play optimally:

If you open Silquitous + Manifestation as your only play, that's where Moon Maiden comes up to loop those two cards each turn until you draw into what you need.
Primebanshee comes up to summon Meluseek in Attack Position.
Hexstia negate isn't once per turn if you can Manifestation revive in front of the arrow again. It never came up to negate again, but I always did that just in case.
